Vintage nautical theme Lilly Pulitzer dress. Material is cotton and super comfortable. Size medium, I think this would fit a small too. The top has a plunge design with a flattering band around the waist. The bottom of the dress is super flowy. I'm 5'5" and with flats this goes about an inch below them. The back ties with a wide navy blue ribbon. Perfect for vacation or a nautical themed event! in excellent condition.
