Dress Zips to close over the corset. Professionally Cleaned and Preserved. Excellent condition as noted by preservation company (shown in photo)Has been Hemmed. I'm 5'5" and can wear 2-3 inch heels. If adding a petticoat, the extra lift and fluff could possibly lift enough to wear flats. Hem could be moved up or down if needed to adjust for height since the hem was just moved up and not removed. Bustle buttons have been added but bustle loops would need to be added. Easy and inexpensive to add the loops. Can include the matching thread if you'd like to do it yourself (YouTube!) but any seamstress can easily do it. A single button on the back was also removed for the bustle, I will send that button as well if you choose to rearrange the buttons for your bustle.
